Income Tax Returns

I filed my Income tax return on 31 July 2007. In the financial year RS 7000 was deducted more. So i filled for income tax returns online and got it attested from ITO on 3rd August 2007. But i’ve still not got the returns back to my bank account.Where can i file complaint against it or should i wait for more?

What to do? For federal forms I found out that you can fill form 4506T to request old transcripts. Now what to do for Michigan state forms. Which form is required to fill to request old transcripts and which form is required to file tax return for year 2002.
