My wife and I separated last early last year, do we file separate income tax returns?

Early last year my wife and I separated. She moved out shortly after. I want to know if we are to file separate income tax returns? If we do, do we have to enter our income on the other’s tax return? Or, do we still have to file jointly until our divorce is finalized?
