How did you file the Return in March 09? The financial year is from
1st April to 31st March. The March Salary you receive in April and how did you get form 16 from your Employes before he paid you the salary.

First of all let us know are you from India ? or from USA ??
If you are from USA, then you need not file again in July 09.
If you are from India, then you need to file in July 09 because the returns you have filed on 31st March may be for AY:08-09 and to be filed on July 09 is for AY:09-10.
You cannot file Income tax returns for the financial year ended 31st march 09 before 1st April 2009.
Hence there is a confusion, which pl clarify at to what year you have filed the last tax return and on what date.
Do not be confused with returns for F.Year and Assessment year.
For F.Year 1st April 2008 to 31st march 2009 the A.Year is 2009.2010.
